Mission and Values

Our Mission

At Hope and Hands, our mission is to walk alongside people who are battling addiction or on the road to recovery, helping them take the next steps toward a new life.

We do this by opening doors to real opportunities for anyone. These opportunities include volunteering, full time work, apprenticeships and involvement in local churches.

Everyone deserves a fresh start — and we’re here to help make that possible.

Our values

  • Every part of our work is rooted in faith in Jesus Christ.
  • God offers us grace and second chances every day and we believe that every single person deserves a second chance.
  • We welcome everyone with honesty and without judgement.

Long Term Plan

Our vision for the future is to operate across the United Kingdom, playing a significant role in reducing unemployment and helping people overcome the darkness of drug addiction. To bring this vision to life, we will rely on data, insights, and the power of prayer to shape our plans and guide our decisions.

Let's look to the light and make a change!
